Spark one up
Published by richard October 9th, 2007I caught part of Spark this weekend on CBC radio, and grabbed the podcast later that night (not sure if this is available worldwide or just in Canada. You can listen online from anywhere.) They talked to the folks from Satisfaction, and to Khoi Vinh of subtraction, one of my favourite blogs. It’s like the real world is finally catching up to my online wanderings. I also love that they use Creative Commons songs and audio effects.

Sometimes it’s a challenge to wade through the mountain of CC-licensed music out there, but it sure makes it easier for us to put the whole show online and on-air without reversioning.

Hi Dan - I hadn’t heard the show before Saturday, but I’ve been enjoying the podcasts. It’s the kind of show that someone with my particular interests would like, so that works out well.
I’m a fan of CC stuff, but my experience with it is confined to imagery, so I don’t know of any other music sites, unfortunately.
