The Smoking Gun has a list of DVDs that are not allowed into Canada for a variety of reasons (ok, just one reason).

It seems unfair that a movie with a friendly title like “Diarrhea Madness” is prohibited, while “The Inconfessable Orgies of Emmanuelle” is allowed in with a wink and a smile. On a side note, please don’t Google “Diarrhea Madness” - there are some things that Canadians and non-Canadians alike don’t need to see. I don’t envy the agents of the Prohibited Importations Unit.
